Leonard F. Bischel Hsinku Poem
Dr. Kenneth Kuanling Fan was a poet from Taiwan who invented a new poem format called "Hsin Ku" or "New Classic." A Hsin Ku poem consists of four lines of four words each, with the second and fourth words nearly rhyming. This collection contains a paper fan with a Hsin Ku poem inscribed on the back by Dr. Fan.

The folder contains a 1913 letter from Jacob Marinoff to Dr. Spivak, articles, a poem, a certificate for donations to a hospital when Jerusalem was part of the Ottoman Empire, and a letter to a Marinoff in Pennsylvania about Fania and her husband's estate.
Maureen Owen Papers
Maureen Owen is a poet, editor, and publisher, and has served as the coordinator/director of the St. Marks Poetry Project (1976-1980). Owen is the author of numerous collections of poetry, and is the founder of the literary magazine Telephone and the press Telephone Books. The collection consists of correspondence with colleagues, editorial work on publications, teaching materials, manuscripts and drafts, notebooks, and other various items related to her work and life.
