Box includes thirteen [13] file folders of financial records, budgets, patron gift receipts.

Box includes twenty-two [22] file folders containing event and program planning materials, invitations, venue invoices, RSVP's, guest lists, clippings, and event planning correspondence.

Forty-five [45] file folders containing materials from annual meetings and heritage dinners (1994-2022), as well as the 1993 Beck Archives Dedication. The materials in the annual meeting and dinner folders largely have to do with the planning process, communication, and promotion of the events.

Box contains two [2] files from the administrative series. File folder 46 contains RMJHS board and membership renewals from 1991-1998 and file folder 47 contains the 1997 honorary proclomation for Colorado Jewish History Week.

This folder contains the information relating to a grant awarded to Congregation Zera Abraham in 2003 in which the organization was given money to assess the property for any needed renovations or improvements. Included is a grant manual, a letter to the congregation annoucing their award, the grant application, guidelines, and paperwork including financial reports, grant payment request, project deliverables, and certification of expenditures.

File folder contains flyer for annual RMJHS meeting which featured a slide show lecture about Denver's Jewish newsboys.
