Abstract The U.S. Bureau of Customs flag that hung over the U.S. Customs building between 19th and California, and Stout and 20th in Denver, Colorado. It is a nylon flag with 16 vertical stripes, eight red and eight white, with the arms of the U.S.A. imprinted in blue on a white field on the upper left corner. A strip of light weight canvas with a grommet at each end is stitched along the mounting edge of the flag. The flag belonged to John E. Streltzer, who was the federal district customs...
