Musical theater producers and directors

Bernice Cooke Laverty was born in Calfornia in 1904. She served as the University of Denver Lamont School of Music's speech teacher for a number of years. This collection contains programs and photographs from various plays and musicals directed by Laverty as well as correspondence, musical scores, songbooks, scripts and teacher's guides.

Folder contains biographical material, newspaper clippings, and photographic prints of Musical Director, Emerson Buckley. Mr. Buckley's most notable contribution to the CCOHA is the direction of the world primere of the production 'The Ballad of Baby Doe.'

Folder containing eighteen (18) items pertaining to the CCOHA musical director, Emerson Buckley. Mr. Buckley worked with the CCOHA from 1956-1976, most notably on the 1956, 1959, and 1976 productions of 'The Ballad of Baby Doe.'

Folder contains photographic prints and biographical material of CCOHA pianist, accompanist, and conductor, Stephen Crout. Mr Crout worked with the association during the 1979 festiaval season (pianist), 1980 (accompanist), 1992 (conductor, Algiers), 1993 (conducto, Carmen), 1994 (conductor, The Vagabond King), 1996 (conductor, New Moon), 1997 (conductor, The Merry Widow), and in 1998 (conductor, The Barber of Seville).
