This object is a painted portrait of Jack Murtha, likely painted for his induction into the Hall of Fame, by Gene Anthony, dated 1953. The name "Osgood" is marked on the back of the frame, for Bob Osgood who was in charge of handling the portraits for the Hall of Fame.
