Overview Newspaper clipping states that owner of a second-hand store in Laramie, Wyoming, Louis Klebanoff, was arrested and charged with forgery in Greeley and Denver, Colorado. Newspaper clipping also states that Klebanoff refused examination and was unable to give $1500 for holding at the District Court.
