Leather notebook with containing 101 handwirtten and published songs with music and lyrics by Maurice Wolfe. The copyright dates are from 1909 through 1966. In the front of the leather three-ring notebook is an index of the titles of 101 songs. Composer Maurice Wolfe was born in Denver on October 13, 1888 and was a member of the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers.

The couple soon moved to Brighton, where Loraine served in every elected office of the Brighton Woman's Club. Loraine also served on executive committees of the Adams County American Red Cross for over 35 years, as well as president of the Columbine League of the AMC Cancer Research Center and Hospital.
