Both companies were in Douglas, Wyoming, The officers and stockholders of the Chicago Hide company were George D. Bercu, Louis Bercu, Kathy Anthens, C.D. Zimmerman and S. D. Weller. The stockholders of the furniture company were George D. Bercu, I. S. Mistachkin and H. Mistachkin. The Mistachkins were brothers-in-law of George Bercu.
