Overview Abraham Sosne (Sosny/Sosna) was born in Russia and moved to the United States in the mid 1880s. He married Rachel Sosne, had several children, and passed away in Denver in 1949. The family owned Capitol Wet Wash Laundry on West Colfax in Denver.

Overview Aimee Peyser was born in 1899 in Denver and was an active member of the Jewish community in Denver for the rest of her life. She was one of the first women to hold an office on the board of directors of Temple Emanuel and worked for years as an educator of Jewish immigrants in West Denver. She married Melvin Strauss in 1923 and passed away in 1990.
