Bogen in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Philip Hillkowitz in Denver, Colorado, stating that the patient Samuel Block will be authorized the payment of $10.00 monthly for his maintenance in the Sanatorium. The money for Block will be paid by his brother who is a part of the United Jewish Charities of Cincinnati.
