Spivak in Denver, Colorado to Julius Guttman in St. Louis, Missouri acknowledges a circular letter sent out by the Rodphey Sholem Lodge #322 I.O.B.A. that brings attention to a patient at the Sanatorium, who is member of their lodge, and is getting worse with expsenses that need to be paid. Sender wishes to make clear there is a patient by the name of Solomon Bailinsohn, a brother of the Rodphey Sholem Lodge, and was admitted as an emergency case on December 15, 1909....

Spivak informs that at the present JCRS has more than 60 applications for men and women waiting for admittance. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
