Abstract Typed letter from Samuel Edison to Dr. Charles Spivak requesting that the JCRS admit Hyman Weiner of Atlanta, GA to the Sanatorium as soon as he arrives in Denver. The Moteflore Relief Association believes that he is a worthy person of any charitable acts. They make this request through the President of the association, Mr. Joel Dorfan, whos is also a Director of the JCRS. Letter is signed and dated.
