Friends of Shalom Park is a group of volunteers and supporters of the Jewish nursing home and residential senior center, Shalom Park, in Aurora, Colorado. As a fundraising project, the group created the cookbook entitled, Shalom on the Range: A Roundup of Recipes and Jewish Traditions from Colorado Kitchens.
