Dr. Abraham Moses Blumberg (1873- 1955) emigrated from Talsen, Latvia, and studied medicine at an American university beginning in 1898. He studied at a yeshivah in Tokkeim, Latvia, from 1888 until his emigration.

Front cover is an advertisement for the company. On the back cover is a list of important information. Inside left of the bill is a receipt that has been filled out and is addressed to Dr. Max Loewenstein. Inside right side is a bill addressed to Dr. Max Loewenstein, it has not been filled out.
