Abstract Dr. H.M. Ginsburg (1905-1981) was born in New York City, and moved to Denver when he was six years old. Ginsburg attended North Denver High School and graduated from the University of Colorado Medical School in 1928. He worked as medical director, superintendent, and chief surgical resident at Fresno General Hospital in Fresno, California, until he resigned to enter private practice in 1946.
