Billie (Lillian) Stein and her all-girl orchestra, The Harmony Girls, play their instruments. The orchestra featured seven women, shown here with musical instruments. Billie Stein is third from right with the trumpet. Billie Stein started her own all-girls band at the age of 14 and traveled throughout the United States performing with her trumpet.
