Includes draft organizational structure chart, as well as early financial and membership information, and the first mention of drafting articles of incorporation.

This folder contains a minidisk recording and the cue sheets for an associated, pre-choreographed dance. The minidisk contains an MP3 file of “Oh, How I Miss You Tonight” performed by Jim Reeves and Deborah Allen. The cue sheet is for the “I Miss You Waltz,” choreographed in 2002 in memory of cancer victims Marilyn McAdams, Deann Voss, and Mickey Moore. Mickey Moor was co-president of the Universal Round Dance Council at the time of her death in August of 2001.
