From the Series: This series contains letters and official correspondence concerning the formation and early activities of the National Round Dance Board of Review and the Universal Round Dance Council. The bulk of the material dates between May of 1977 and June of 1978. It is organized chronologically by date. Contents include the original letter asking about forming the organization as well discussions of purpose, draft bylaws, planning documents for the 1978 convention, and financial reports; significant contributors include Frank and Iris Gilbert and Roy and Phyllis Stier.
