Typed letter from the Workman's Circle to Dr. C. D. Spivak, on May 17, 1906. The letter informs Dr. Spivak that enclosed is a check for $443.60, for 4436 Members at $.10. The letter inquires if Mr. Joseph Zabrovsky, memeber of the Workmen's Circle, Branch #11, has been admitted into the Sanatorium. The letter is signed J. Weintraub.
