Requests Louis Cohen be admitted to the JCRS Sanatorium as an emergency case and that presently, Mr. Cohen does not have monetary funding to support himself and none of his relations wants to take care of him. Also, it is stated Louis Cohen is suffering from, "edema of the lower extremities." Letter is not signed, but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
