Overview Frank Ross' handwritten application for admittance to JCRS. Includes information such as age (42), place of birth (Frankfurt, Germany), and occupation (carpenter). He was married, had 4 children, and his nearest relative was his wife, Ida Ross, in Edgewater, Colo. On the backside, it says he filed an application on October 10/11, "no response to our letter of inquiry".
