Biography

Leopold and Berth Rosenzweig moved into the house at 1129 E. 17th Ave. from Cleveland in the 1880s. Dan Rosenzweig, a civil engineer, was the youngest of their 12 children. Dan was born in the home and, with the exception of his service in World War I and the 26 months of his marriage continued to live there until the time of his death on August 14, 1971. The house was put up for sale by auction by Estate Liquidators on September 19, 1971.
