Typed letter from JCRS to Dr. R. Farber, on August 8, 1906. The letter informs Dr. Farber that JCRS would love to admit Mr. Charles Edelstein but at the moment there are no vacancies. JCRS is taxed beyond their capacity and need funds to be able to admitt more people. The letter concludes with informing Dr. Faber that Mr. M. M.
