This letter is a carbon copy of the typed letter from Dr. C. D. Spivak to Mr. I. Naumoff from Fun Theatre. This letter is requesting information on the follow up of Mr. Isaac Aaronson's history after the sanatorium. The second paragraph asks mulptiple questions, e.g. where Aaronson's present whereabouts are, if he is still alive, where and when did he die. Dr. Spivak informs Mr. Aaronson that by presenting this letter to JCRS's Superintendent within two days, he will be readmitted for a short time to the Sanatorium. It concludes with Dr. Spivak wished Mr. Aaronson a speedy recovery. The letter is unsigned with the word "Secretary" typed at the bottom.
