Handwritten letter from Beaconsfield Lodge # 179, O.B.A. to Dr. C. D. Spivak, dated December 24th, 1905. The letter is asking if JCRS can find a place within their institution for Dave Bailin. Mr. Bailin's condition has worsen and the climate in Chicago is too infurious for him. The letter is signed M. Mandelstam.

Mandlestam (Mandelstam, M.) from Beaconsfield Lodge #170 (#179), O.B.A. The letter states that the Institution regulates under strict policies including that patients must apply within Denver as well as that there is already an outstanding waiting list to be admitted. The second paragraph reads that Mr. Bailin would have to come to Denver to fill out an application and wait two months with sufficient funds until he would be admitted. The letter is not...
