Gershtenson, Jack, 1909-1987
Biography
Jack Gershtenson was born in New York City in 1909. He became administrator of National Asthma Center in 1951 and served at NAC for nearly 30 years, eventually becoming executive vice president of NAC and, for two years, of National Jewish Hospital. He was affectionally called "Mr. G." by everyone.
