Biography
Dr. Philip Hillkowitz was a physician and president of the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society from 1904-1948. He received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati. He was married to Minnie Hillkowitz.

He gives his best to all the inmates and faculty. Mr. Greenberg wishes to be subscribed to "The Sanatorium". Mr. Greenberg concludes that his health has improved and he gives his best to everyone at JCRS, including Dr. Hillkowitz and [illegible] names. The letter is signed Jacob Greenberg.
