Accrual contains administrative records which includes meeting minutes ranging from 1990-2023; treasury and finance committee reports; membership directories; mission statements and bylaws; member surveys; forms for marketing, programming, and event planning; and nine [9] past presidents file folders. Accrual contains communication materials such as Denver section newsletters ranging from 1968-2023; NCJW national office journals ranging from 1979-2008; Colorado section calendars; and internal communication to members from the national office as well as the Colorado section such as mailers and emails. Accrual contains organizational history and informational materials such as brochures about NCJW; brochures, clippings, and fliers about NCJW political organizing and action; as well as brochures and mailers produced by NCJW called "vision for America" and an annual "resolutions" list. Accrual contains event materials ranging from 1979-2023, such as event programs, invitations, fliers, email advertisements, and blog posts. Other event materials include posters from the Colorado section's 120th anniversary, as well as a banner from the 130th anniversary event. Accrual contains NCJW program materials such as their national family daycare project and Hippy program; materials created by the Denver NCJW traveling theater troupe; materials created by NCJW for their Day at the Capitol in 2020 and 2023; materials from multiple Candidates Forums; and fliers and papers about the Denver section's Adopted School Supply Drive. Accrual contains photographs that range from 1973-2011 and clippings about NCJW that range from 1958-2020. Accrual contains two [2] scrapbooks one contains materials from the Denver section traveling theater troupe and the other was created by past president Doris Lackner. Lastly, the accrual contains Denver's NCJW traveling theater troupe costumes, which includes three [3] hats, one [1] black cape, one [1] pumpkin costume, one [1] plastic mask, and one [1] wooden puppet.
