Bertha Marks (Markowitz)
Abstract
Bertha (Mickey) Marks came to JCRS from New York in 1927, leaving four children behind. After the sanitarium, she lived in the Ex-Patient's Home in 1929-30.

Scope and Contents
Folder contains brief biographies, copies of JCRS Hatikvah with poems written by Bertha "Mickey" Marks and photos c. 1927-1930. Original photos are in the Beck Photo Collection B063. Also, Historical Philadephia postcards sent to Mrs. Birdie Markowitz in Sanitorium, Colorado. Her patient number at the JCRS was 8094.
