Abstract
A poster in shades of black and brown reads "Work and save for peace and reconstruction. Buy Treasury Savings Certificates. Ask any bank. Government Loan Organization. Second Federal Reserve District. For 58 - 10 M - Nov. 1919." The poster depicts a city skyline featuring a factory with smoke stacks and with the image of a man in a hat at the center. In the lower right corner is a stamp that reads "Amalgamated Lithographers of America, Local No. 1, New York, Union Label." At the bottom left corner of the image "Stacy H. Wood" is printed.
