Abstract
A red, white and black poster reads "Bought your supply of W.S.S. this week? Government Loan Organization. Second Federal Reserve District. War Savings Committee." In the bottom left corner of the poster "S.H.W." is printed and archivist infers are the initials of Stacy H. Wood who commonly created other War Saving Stamps and Victory loan posters. The background of the poster is comprised of checkered red and white squares. The question mark at the end of the sentence is black and much larger than the other text.
