This is "The Holy Scriptures" book. The front of the book reads "The Holy Scriptures" and "Dorothy Anne Katz & Ernest Karl Loeb United In Marriage August 22nd 1948". The first page reads "The Holy Scriptures According to the Masoretic Text" "A New Translation" "With the Aid of Previous and with Constant Consultation of Jewish Authorities" and "Philadelphia Jewish Publication Society of America 5707-1947". There is also some Hebrew text as headings.... In the middle of the book, there are several pages intended for "Family Record" notes, that is filled out with family information from the Loeb and the Katz families, including the parents of Dorothy and Ernest, and dates of births, marriages, and deaths in the families.
