Fanny Reeder's Application for Admission to JCRS, 1911 September 14
Abstract
Application form of Fanny Reeder for admission as a patient to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society. She was age 24 at the time of the application. She was born in Russia and immigrated to the United States in 1905. She lived in Chicago when she contracted tuberculosis. She had been sick for twelve months upon her arrival to Denver, Colorado. She was divorced. Her occupation states she worked as a tailor. The verso of the application states she was admitted on October 16, 1911, and was discharged on March 28, 1913.
