Abstract

Application form of Ignatz Greenberg for admission as a patient to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society. He was age 45 at the time of the application. He was born in Roumania and immigrated to the United States in 1896. He lived in New York City when he contracted tuberculosis. He had been sick for eleven months upon his arrival to Denver, Colorado. He was married and had three children. His occupation states he worked as a peddler. The verso of the application states he was admitted on January 26, 1908 and was discharged on May 17, 1908.
