Series 3 of 5 consists of 1 legal file folder containing correspondence to and from Jack Greenwald. Correspondants include Rabbi Stanley M. Wagner, law firms and attorneys, KCNC television, politicians, and synagogues. The subject matter includes congratulatory correspondence and correspondence and news article about the lawsuit by Rabbi Gershon Wimer against Bowman Biscuit Company. The Bowman Biscuit had assured Rabbi Wimer that there was no animal fat in the cookies. When that turned out to be false, Rabbi Wimer was fired from B.M.H. Synagogue. The suit was settled for money damages and an apology from the company to Rabbi Wimer. Jack Greenwald received criticism by the Jewish Denver community for representing Rabbi Wimer.

The collection contains papers, publications, correspondence, clippings, copies of articles, and speeches by and/or about Jack Greenwald. Materials highlight Mr. Greenwald's involvement and work with Jewish Day School education, State of Isreal Bonds, and the Anit-Defamation League, and includes many of his personal and editorial writings, as well as four dinner journals.
