Box 11: HNBF and Additional Funds, 1991 - 2017
Abstract
Box 11 contains information primarily about the Hispanic National Bar Fund and the Legal Education Fund, as well as two folders on the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund and the Puerto Rican Legal Defense Fund. The HNBF documents cover their financial information, by-laws, consulting work with Deloitte and Touche, and communications, which covers their separation from the HNBA. The legal education fund covers governance, including articles of incorporation, by-laws, and board meetings. The folders are organized alphabetically by fund name, and chronologically within those divisions.
