Box 15: Business Certificates and Bylaws, 2018-2023
Abstract
This box contains two Business Certificates for the Hispanic National Bar Association from the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs in 2018 and 2022. These certificates certify that all applicable provisions of the District of Columbia Business Organizations Code have been complied with. This box also contains various bylaws of the HNBA. There are amended and reinstated bylaws of the HNBA as a whole from May 2023. There are also bylaws of the HNBA VIA (Vision in Action) Fund from 2019. Lastly, there are bylaws from the HNBA Judicial Division and LGBT Law Division, but these materials are undated.
