Box 7: Recipe Cards from Boxes 18-19 and Bags 1-6, between 1965-1990

This box contains all of the recipe cards that were in the eighteenth and ninteenth boxes, six ziploc bags with organized recipe cards inside, and one group of recipe cards that were tired together with ribbon and labeled "Possible Menus for Gulf Parties." The recipe cards are a mix of hand-crafted (meaning they are index cards upon which Betty Carey stapled recipes of her choosing), handwritten, and typed up.

The cards in Box #19 are note necessarily recipes but all revolve around healthy habits and eating. The recipe cards in Bag #3 are published by the Honolulu Academy of Arts ("From the Garden Cafe") and are divided into different envelopes. Additionally, the recipes from Bag #1 also include dividers based on type of food.

Some recipe cards have notes about when Betty Carey collected the recipe or attempted to make it (dates seen include 1968, 1979, 1980, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988).
