This box contains menus that were collected and kept by Betty Carey. Menus are from a variety of restaurants and some are from catering companies. Menu producers include Bell's Catering Company, Fratelli's Italian Restaurant, Hawaiian Chili by Max, Jim Jamail and Sons, Knickers Restaurant, Kona Inn Restaurant, Nero's Nectar Nook, Nick-n-Willy's World Famous Take-n-Bake Pizza, The Pantry at Classic Cuisine, Poppies Bistro/Cafe, The Rattlesnake Club, Trader Vic: Truly Polynesia, and Waikoloa Beach Grill Restaurant.
