This subseries contains materials related to the administration and management of real estate at the University of Denver. This includes property lists, inventories, planning materials (for the University Park Campus, the Civic Center Campus, the Law Center, the Student Union Building, and the International House), Annual Reports from the Manager of Real Estate, and proposals for new land development projects (University Management Corp., a campus hotel, and "Evans House").

The real estate materials in this subseries used to be housed in the U184 DU Real Estate Collection. Now this box and other materials have been merged into the U113 DU Business and Financial Affairs Collection as the Office of Business and Financial Affairs typically oversees DU real estate and property purchasing as well as Facilities Management & Planning.
The boxes in this series are separated based on their original organized in their previous collection.
