This series contains materials related to the University of Denver and its real estate property, interests, ownership, and investments. This series could be added to in the future.

Arrangement

The real estate materials in this subseries used to be housed in the U184 DU Real Estate Collection. Now this box and other materials have been merged into the U113 DU Business and Financial Affairs Collection as the Office of Business and Financial Affairs typically oversees DU real estate and property purchasing as well as Facilities Management & Planning.

This subseries contains two boxes - one with University Park blueprints and one with blueprints from Glacier View Meadows Subdividion in Larimer County, CO.
