Programs, 2019-2025
Abstract
This series contains materials related to programs introduced and run under the University of Denver Health and Counseling Center. Some of the materials are from the Collegiate Recovery Program (CRP), also known as the Collegiate Recovery Community (CRC), which ran from 2019-2025. CRP was a place for the DU community to celebrate recovery and honor the stories of those who have been impacted by addiction. The goal of the program was to provide support, prevent relapse and promote academic performance. CRC offered a community lounge, alcohol-and drug-free social events, support meetings, peer mentoring, and educational seminars and events. Additionally, the Health and Counseling Center partnered with Housing and Residential Education to offer recovery and sober housing for DU students, starting in Fall 2019.
