This box contains flyers, brochures, and pamphlets created by DU's Department of Campus Safety in order to keep the DU community updated and increase knowledge of campus safety. Topics and programs addressed by the materials in this box include ambulance instructions, Be a Good Neighbor, Bike Program, bomb threats, bookmark safety reminders, campu maps and parking maps, Campus Safety Info Line, Campus Watch, coping with crime study, crime prevention brochure and seminar, Crime Prevention and Safety Awareness Day, emergency notifications, escort service, Facebook safety, fire safety in residential buildings, "For Women Only" brochure, laptop theft protection, Operation Identify Operation Campus Watch, Operation Stop, parking lot safety, "Your Car on Campus," phone harrassment, Campus Safety phone number, Prevent Crime, Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) program, DU Saferide Program, safety concerns for the first year student, safety and security resource guide, sexual assult experiences survey, stalking on campus, Spring Close-Out Crime Prevention, Streetwise and Safe, Transportation and Safety fair, Whistle Stop Program

Scope and Contents
This collection is currently arranged into one (1) series: 1. Flyers and Pamphlets. But it also contains internal administrative materials, public correspondence, emergency preparedness plans, and Annual Security and Fire Safety reports.
Arrangement
This box was previously housed in the U113 (DU Business and Financial Affairs) Collection. The Department of Campus Safety has been located within the Division of Business and Financial Affairs at least since 1995, according to University Org. Charts. However, this collection had enough materials and is unrelated enough to business and financial affairs to warrent its own collection (U355).
