Box 3: Articles with Editing Marks and Communications, 1966-1994

This box contains articles and book chapters written by Ved Nanda that were published in various law journals nationally and internationally. The articles focus on topics of international law and policy, environmental law, human rights, Colorado law, refugees and migration, law and religion, and more.

This box only contains journal articles which feature annotations made by Ved Nanda or unnamed editors. Some folders include multiple drafts of articles, capturing his writing and editing process. There are also papers of communication between Ved Nanda and publishers about due dates for articles and invitations to write for various publications or speak at events. This box also contains copies of speeches given by Ved Nanda on panels and at various conferences, as these proceedings were not always available elsewhere.

Final copies of articles written by Ved Nanda that did not have any annotations on them and that are publically available online or available through the DU Library's online collections were not retained.
