Abstract

This box contains materials that were used by DU's Center for Multicultural Excellence (CME) to develop or run different training programs. CME ran training programs for faculty, staff, students, guests, and RAs, typically on the topics of diversity, equity, and inclusion. This box contains exercises, handouts, activities, worksheets, and instructions that were used during these trainings. Additionally, there are materials that were used to develop these training programs such as a binder titled "Trainer's Diversity Source Book: 50 Ready to Use Activities, from Ice Breakers to Wrap-Ups." There are also some previously used agendas, packets, and evaluation forms.

From the Collection:

This collection contains materials created by, stored by, and references by the DU Center for Multicultural Excellence. This includes articles by third parties about relevant topics of diversity, equity, and inclusion on college campuses. Materials (such as flyers, attendence records, worksheets, etc) from events hosted or sponsored by CME at DU. There are administrative records which were internal papers about budget, annual reports, evaluations, committees, publications, and more. Lastly, this collection holds other various papers from CME such as thank you letters and other records.
