Box 28: CME Internal Materials, 2004-2024

This box contains internal materials from DU's Center for Multicultural Excellence (CME), which then became the Office of Inclusion, Equity & Education (IEE). This includes communications, papers, notes, and more from various entities within CME or that are related to CME and their goals. There are materials from the Bias Incident Response Team (BIRT); the Campus Climate Council; the Restorative Justice Working Group; Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee; Social Sustainability Council, CLIE's Emmployee Engagement Committee; Student Inclusion and Belonging Office; High Risk Prevention Advisory Committee; Student life Inclusion Team; and the DU Learning and Development Advisory Group.

Other kinds of materials in this box include resources for programs and events, proposals, grants, binders, agreements, events attended by CME staff, budget, program review/self study, and end of year reporting. There are also some newsletters and articles published by DU CME staff. Additionally, there are research projects and papers written by DU students about CME events and functionings along with the student's communications with Thomas Walker (former director of CME/IEE). Lastly, there are some binder contents that were in the CME office that were either created internally or by third parties and were used to inform CME practices or were used for other reasons.
