Abstract

This box includes materials that were used in classes taught by Professor Ved Nanda at the University of Denver. Some of the materials include syllabi, outlines, readings, final exams, course evaluations, tentative schedules, seating charts, and more. Specific courses for which there are materials in this box include International Human Rights Law, International Human Rights in Criminal Justice, International Ocean Law, International Law, Conflicts of Law, International Environmental Law & Policy, and International Human Rights. There is also a Teacher Compendium for Human Rights Education written by DU Institute for the Development of Gifted Education (in Morgridge College of Education. This book is believed to have been referenced by Nanda when creating his courses on Human Rights.

There are also materials for some courses Ved Nanda taught outside of the University of Denver. These courses include Economic, Social, & Cultural Rights - Implementation and Enforcement (from a Tulane-Albany summer program in Montreal); Dispute Resolution Under NAFTA and GATT (from a Tulane-Albany summer program in Montreal); and Capitals of Europe Course (at Penn State Dickenson).
