Box 15: Student Papers, 2002-2023

This box includes class papers and directed research created by students of Professor Ved Nanda in the DU Sturm College of Law. There are also some applications to conduct directed research under Nanda. Directed Research offers students an opportunity to research and write in any area of law approved by a full-time faculty member who agrees to direct the project. The research project must be completed within the semester for which the student registered. The research will be reduced to a paper of publishable quality that is delivered to the supervising faculty member and by the last day of exams for that semester.
