Scope and Contents

From the Collection: The collection consists of materials that belonged to the Striker family or its ancestors. Materials include an ivory silk tallit (also referred to as a tallis), a tan cotton tallit bag, leather tefillin for the head and hand and an accompanying black bag, a Rosh Hashanah machzor (or prayer book) given to Esther Fishman Striker on her wedding day in 1909, and a Hebrew Bible with a mother-of-pearl cover.
