Letter from M.R. Smirnow to C.D. Spivak, 1906 September 17
Abstract
Handwritten letter from M.R. Smirnow to C.D. Spivak, dated September 17, 1906. The letter recommends that Benjamin Feinman be discharged from the sanatorium immediately for expectorating around the building and grounds with impunity. It further outlines a committee system for light work that Smirnow has devised, asks that it be made a rule as it gets a lot of light work done with little or no pay, and then complains about men who have shirked their duties and recommends they be dismissed as well. The letter is signed M.R. Smirnow.
